| Licensed since 1997, Darci is dedicated to providing exceptional service & personal attention while assisting people in making good decisions when buying & selling real estate. As a lifelong resident of Sioux Falls, Darci knows the community well. With a Masters Degree in Counseling, she has the skills to assist people in making the difficult decisions often encountered in a real estate transaction. As evidence of her commitment to constantly improving her own professional skills, Darci has completed the requirements for the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) & the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI). Specializing in residential real estate, Darci understands that real estate is first & foremost a "people business"¯ dependant on building strong relationships, helping people identify their needs & their dreams & a thorough understanding of the real estate market. Actively involved in the Sioux Falls community, she has served as a volunteer for the Sioux Falls Community Development Advisory Board, graduated from Sioux Falls Leadership, & served the local real estate community as a member of the REALTOR® Association of the Sioux Empire in several capacities from Local Director to State Director to Local Association President. She has served as chairperson for several local committees & as a member of the SD Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors & Chairperson of SDAR Education Committee. Darci was honored to be selected the RASE 2006 REALTORS® of the Year. As a parent with 2 active young adult children, she volunteered with Girls Scouts, Boy Scouts, 4-H & various church & school activities as well as a member of the Peace Lutheran Church Council, during which she also served as Council President. |
